Ingredients: -
(A nice, crisp salad to compliment your kai)
A bunch of watercress,
3 Tbsp tarragon vinegar,
1 Tbsp of freshly ground salt and pepper,
25g bacon, chopped,
(You can add any other ingredient you would like in this salad)
METHOD: -
Thoroughly wash the watercress, discarding stems and dry leaves. Put in a plastic sealed bag and refrigerate overnight.
Fry your bacon bits in a frypan and sit to the side to cool.
Combine vinegar and seasonings, place watercress in a salad bowl, toss in bacon bits and toss in your
vinegar dressing.
It is now ready to place on the table with your kai.
