Ingredients: -
8 Crumbed frozen fish fillets,
8 Slider buns, split,
Cheese slices,
1-2 cups lettuce, shredded,
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise,
METHOD: -
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the fish onto a baking tray and put in the oven for 15-20 mins or until cooked through.
Split the buns horizontally and place the bases onto an oven tray. Top each with a piece of fish and then cheese slices. Bake for 8 mins until hot and the cheese is starting to melt.
Remove from the oven. Place some shredded lettuce on top of the cheese and spread the mayo on the underside of the slider tops.
Place the tops back onto the sliders and serve with hot chips and salad.
