Xmas Choc/Rum Truffles (Submitted by Bronwyn)
Ingredients:
1 pkt plain biscuits, crumbled
1 tin condensed milk
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1/2 cup coconut (and extra to roll truffles in)
2 teaspoons each of rum and vanilla essence
50 g melted butter
Handful of raisins (optional)
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients together, roll into balls and roll in coconut.
And simply store in fridge.
You can add anything extra you like i.e. choc chops, glace cherries.
