Ingredients: -
1 1/2 kgs of white chocolate
3 cups rice bubbles
150 grams cherries
150 grams of cranberries
150 grams finely chopped nuts
150 grams sultanas
2 tsp rum
METHOD: -
Break Chocolate into small pieces, melt chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water, till all melted.
To another bowl, add rice bubbles, sultanas, cranberries, cherries, nuts and mix together. Add rum and mix, add melted chocolate, and mix thoroughly.
Spread mix in a dish evenly and leave to go hard over-night.
When hard cut into small bite size servings and store in fridge - Good to give as gifts for neighbour’s, friends or teachers, wrap in cellophane and tie with ribbons.
