Ingredients: -
250g of butter,
1 1/2 cups of sugar,
1/4 cup of cocoa,
6 eggs,
1 teaspoon of vanilla,
1/2 cup ground almonds,
1/2 cup gluten free flour,
275g of melted chocolate,
3/4 cup of fresh berries or frozen -
METHOD: -
Melt butter and sugar on medium heat. Leave to cool for a few minutes. Then add eggs one at a time. Melt chocolate with a little oil in microwave 30 seconds at a time. Then add cocoa, vanilla, flour and ground almonds. Last mix in the melted chocolate. Line a baking tray, pour mixture in, add berries that you can chop up a little, spread evenly over top of brownie. Bake at 160 C for 45 mins.
Serve with fresh cream and ice cream. Enjoy!
(You don’t have to make it gluten free just add 1/2 self-raising flour instead)
