Ingredients: -
6 egg whites
8 tablespoons castor sugar
4 tablespoons boiling water
1 dessert spoon white vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp coffee mixed into boiling water
METHOD: -
Beat egg whites, 3 minutes, add boiling water and coffee, continue adding sugar, beat for 9 minutes then add vinegar. Fold in cornstarch.
Line tray with parchment paper greased shape mixture and cook in preheated oven 120 °C for 3 hours, leave in oven until cool.
DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT OPENING OVEN -
To Serve:-
Mix 1 cup whipped cream with 1 cup Mascarpone and coffee liqueur, topped with raspberries - Enjoy!!
