Pam's Celebration Pudding (Submitted by Pam)

Ingredients: - 
2 x 85gm Boysenberry Jelly
1 x Chocolate Roll (chopped)
1 x 425g Boysenberries
2 x Tbsp liqueur or whiskey
2 x 300ml Thickened Cream
1 x 250gm dark chocolate (melted)
Whipped cream, flake bar, fresh boysenberries (you can exchange boysenberries for raspberries if you prefer) 
METHOD: - 
Make up jellies to 2 cups - cool.
Stir in undrained boysenberries and enough cold water to make 1 litre (4 cups).
Pour jelly mix into the base of a 12-cup capacity bowl.
Refrigerate to set.
Place chopped Chocolate Roll on top of set jelly and drizzle with liqueur or whiskey
Beat cream until soft peaks, then add cooled chocolate mix.
Spread chocolate cream over cake.
Decorate with whipped cream, cover and refrigerate until cold - 
To serve - decorate with flake and boysenberries.
