Long lasting Carrot Salad (Submitted by Rosalee)

Ingredients: - 
(Put aside, 5 cups circle sliced cooked carrot ‘al dente’) - 
1 diced green capsicum
2 diced onions
16 oz tin of tomato soup
Small cup of white sugar
Tsp salt and pepper
Tbsp black sauce
½ cup Salad oil
¾ cup malt vinegar  
METHOD: -
Combine all, except for the carrots, and cook gently, until onions are ‘al dente’. Pour mixture over the carrots and gently stir, cool, cover and refrigerate.
A good to go’ salad that goes well with hot or cold. Lasts 2-3 weeks in fridge.
