Lemon Cheesecake (Submitted by Aileen)

Ingredients: 
Lemon Curd: 
Egg yolks
Caster sugar
Lemon juice 
Base:
Gingernuts
Dates
Butter
Salt   
Filling: 
Sour cream
Caster sugar
Vanilla
Lemon
Eggs
Curd 
METHOD: 
Make the curd, process base ingredients, put in tin and flatten. Process everything else except the curd, together and pour on base, dollop curd on top.
Bake at 150 C° for an hour and a half.
