Ingredients:
Steak:
I use rump, marinate in your favourite marinade, I use plum sauce, oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce and some garlic and marinate for 4 hours. When near the end of the marinating time -
Chop some tomatoes in cubes
Cube a pineapple
Cube some capsicum
Cube some red onions, red are good but brown if you prefer
Shake some oil over them and herbs if you want
METHOD:
Thread onto kebab sticks and cook on the grill or bbq.
Many different options can be used, even cubed ham if you have leftovers.
