Ingredients:
Leg of lamb
Rosemary
Garlic
Honey
Salt and pepper
Lemon
METHOD:
Slice leg down to ¾, stuff with garlic and lemon slices, rosemary, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with honey
Roast or BBQ, when finishing, add the lemon juice to the gravy.
