Heavenly Chocolate Eclairs

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 cups whipped cream (more depending on how much cream you want in the eclairs)
1 cup chocolate chips
Will make approx 12-14 éclairs, depending on the size you want them.
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 220°C.
In a saucepan, heat water, milk, and butter until boiling. Add flour and stir until a dough forms.
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one at a time.
Pipe dough onto a greased baking tray with a sheet of baking paper on top and bake for 15-20 mins. Remove from the oven and allow eclairs to cool, then cut through the middle leaving one side closed.
For the filling, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fill the eclairs with whipped cream. Melt the chocolate chips and pipe thin lines over the eclairs.
Add some fresh strawberries on the plate and Enjoy!!
