Ham Topping (Submitted by Jane)
Ingredients:
1 tin crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard whole cloves
METHOD:
Peel the skin off a cooked ham, score the fat into small diamond shape. Place a clove into each shape. Mix together pineapple and mustard and smear over the ham.
Bake in a hot oven 200°C, for approx half an hour or until lightly browned.
Enjoy your xmas ham.
