Ingredients:-
2 fish fillets (your choice of fish),
½ cup flour,
1 egg,
1 Tbsp cornstarch,
3 Tbsp Seasoning,
¼ tsp of each, salt and pepper,
1 tsp paprika,
1 Tbsp water,
Cooking spray,
1 lemon cut into wedges for serving,
METHOD:-
Wash and pat dry the fish with paper towels. Put aside. Mix and prepare the seasoning in a separate bowl. Put aside. Mix the eggs and water in another bowl. Put aside.
Dip the fish in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture. Then dip the fish back in the flour mixture and coat well on all sides. Spray the basket lightly with cooking oil, then place the fish in the air fryer basket.
Spray the fish with cooking oil and cook in the air fryer for 12 mins on 200°C or longer depending on the air fryer you have, go by its instructions.
Serve hot with chips, lemon wedges and your favourite sauce.
