Ingredients:-
1 cup tasty cheese grated
1 cup baby spinach chopped
1 tbs onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 cup milk
2 tbs cream
METHOD:-
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine cheese, spinach, onion and pepper.
Stir in flour, then mix in milk and cream. Add a little extra milk if required.
Knead lightly on a floured bread board, flatten dough out to about 2cm thickness and cut into 5cm rounds.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper, brush with milk and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until lightly browned - Serve hot with Butter.
