Ingredients:
1 ½ cups cream
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
5 cups mixed berries, e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
6 crushed mini meringues
(Optional) 30ml Baileys
2x Chocolate flake for garnish
METHOD:
Whip cream with Baileys until thick, fold in yoghurt. Mix in crushed meringues, mixed berries, and 1 broken up chocolate flake. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with crushed chocolate flake before serving.
