Easy Frozen Xmas Pud (Submitted by Ruth)

Ingredients: - 
500g dried Xmas fruit soaked in 1/2 cup liqueur (ie Grand Mariner) or Brandy (I soak mine for a month or so, but a week or even overnight will do!)
2 litres nice vanilla ice cream, softened
500 ml cream, whipped  
METHOD: - 
Mix everything together and put in mold that is freezer safe, and freeze!!
You can make weeks in advance and just so handy to pull out of the freezer for those unexpected guests.
