Easy Chocolate Truffles (Submitted by Glenys)
Ingredients: -
1 cup of dates
1 cup Raisins
1 cup nuts
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon marg or butter
1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture is sticky so you can roll into balls.
With wet hands roll spoonful’s of mixture into balls and then roll each ball in extra coconut or fine nuts, refrigerate until needed, can freeze as well.
Can add brandy or whiskey (Optional) - Very easy and cheap, looks great on a plate on the Xmas table.
