Ingredients:-
500g Mince
1 medium onion finely diced
sprinkle of italian herbs
pepper
salt
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 egg
Flour to coat meatballs
Oil to fry meatballs in
Sauce:-
1 can of tomato soup
1/2 Cup Soft Brown Sugar
As much spaghetti as desired
Basil leaves to serve
METHOD:-
Place the mince into a bowl with the finely chopped onion, herbs, pepper, salt, tomato sauce, and egg, mix together.
Get a spoon and scoop a bit of the mince mixture out, rolling it into a ball, roll into the flour and place on a plate. Do this till all meat mixture is in little balls.
Place into a frypan on middle heat and brown meatballs all over. Turn temperature down and simmer till cooked through.
Place the Soft Brown Sugar and tomato soup in a bowl and stir, when meat is cooked pour over and simmer till heated through.
Serve on cooked spaghetti, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
