Delicious Country Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:-
2 cups cooked egg noodles
2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups of corn (frozen or canned)
1 cup milk
300 g Cream of Chicken Soup
1 onion, cubed
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon
3/4 cup fried onions
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
METHOD:-
Preheat oven 180 °C and grease a 33 x 23 cm baking tray with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix cooked noodles, chicken, corn, milk, cream chicken, onion, garlic, cheese, bacon, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a greased oven-proof pan.
Sprinkle fried onions equally over the top.
Put pan into the preheated oven & bake for 30 mins.
Serve with roast vegetables or a fresh green salad.
