Ingredients:-
2 salmon fillets, around 170 g each,
2 tsp rub with love salmon rub,
(Salmon rub:- combine 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp thyme, 1 tsp smoked paprika, and 1 tsp brown sugar),
1 clove garlic,
Salt to taste,
1 Tbsp olive oil,
1 Lemon to serve,
METHOD:-
Season your salmon fillets with olive oil, pressed garlic, salmon rub, and salt to taste
Spray the bottom of your air fryer with a non-stick spray, Preheat the air fryer for 5 mins at 200°C. After preheating, place the fillets in the basket, keeping the heat at 200°C for 10 mins for 170 g fillets. Add more time if needed.
When the time is up, the salmon fillets will have a beautiful caramelization on top and should easily flake apart with a fork.
Toss a simple salad of lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber, then with the lemon, cut it in half, squeeze 1 half over the salmon, quarter the other half and add to the salad.
