Christmas Cake (Submitted by Lyn)

Ingredients: 
1kg mixed dry fruit
600 mls chocolate milk
2 cups self-rising flour- 
METHOD:  
Soak fruit in chocolate milk over-night.
Next day, fold through the two cups of flour and put in a 21cm/8 in tin. Fan bake two hours at 175°C. Poke to see if cooked and let cool, Yum! 
So easy!!  You can add nuts to the top or add extra cherries. Butter, egg and sugar free.
