Ingredients:
1.15 kgs Chicken Wings or (Chicken Nibbles)
1 ¼ tsp Seasoned Salt
¼ tsp ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp Paprika
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Sweet BBQ Sauce, Ranch Dressing and/or Blue Cheese Dressing for serving along with sticks of celery and carrots.
Method:
Pat the wings all over with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the seasoned salt, black pepper, paprika and cayenne. Add the wings and toss well to coat with the spice mixture.
Spray the basket of the air fryer well with non-stick cooking spray. Place one half of the wings in a single layer in the basket, with some space in between each wing. Cook at 370ºC for 10 mins. Flip each of the wings and return them to the air fryer for another 10 mins. Flip wings once again, increase heat of the air fryer to 400° and cook for 8-10 more mins until the skin is crispy. Repeat with the remaining chicken wings.
Serve the wings immediately out of the air fryer with sticks of celery, carrots and a sauce of choice.
