Ingredients:-
700 g Potatoes
½ tablespoon Paprika
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Garlic powder or granules
¼ Pepper black pepper, cayenne, chili powder or pepper flakes.
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Olive oil
METHOD:-
Wash the potatoes, pat them dry with a kitchen towel, and dice them into cubes.
Add the potatoes into a bowl, add paprika, parsley, rosemary, garlic, pepper, salt, and olive oil. Mix so the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent the potato from sticking to the basket.
Spread the seasoned cubed potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd the basket.
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at a temperature of 180 C for 10 mins.
Bring out the basket and shake (This ensures that all sides are cooked evenly and crispy).
Return basket to the Air-Fryer and cook for another 10-15 mins or until crispy, golden brown, and the inside tender
When potatoes are cooked and crispy, bring them out and serve with your steak, lamb etc.
