Sweet As Baked Marmalade Sausages

Ingredients: -
500 g Pork Sausages or Beef Sausages,
1 kg Casserole Vege Mix (with onions, carrots, potato), or you can use your own vegetables,
1 tbsp Olive oil,
1 tbsp Dried thyme,
100 g Marmalade,
Salt and pepper 
METHOD: -
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Put the casserole mix and sausages onto a baking tray and toss with the olive oil, thyme and salt and pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes or until just starting to turn golden.
Spoon over the marmalade and cook for a final 15 minutes.
Serve.
