Ingredients: -
6 180-gram fillet steaks
100 grams parmesan cheese (grated)
Pepper
Sea salt
2 large potatoes (peeled)
60 mls olive oil
Oil for the cooking the steak
Add your favourite style of eggs, fried, poached etc
Salad of your choice
METHOD: -
Cut the potatoes into neat 2 cm dice.
Season and seal the fillets in a hot pan or barbecue, place the hot pan in the oven and cook to the required heat or place over the heated barbecue.
Heat the olive oil in a large heavy frypan. Add the potatoes and sauté till golden and cooked.
Serve the steak and chips straight from the heat and add your chips and favourite salad.
