Ingredients:-
2 small onions,
Minced paua,
Dab butter,
1 carrot, (grate)
1 potato, (grate)
1 celery stick, (diced)
1.2Lt milk,
Salt and pepper, to taste,
METHOD:-
In a pot place celery and enough water to cover and cook until tender.
In a fry pan saute onion with a dab of butter, until golden brown.
Heat the milk, when the skin forms add all of the ingredients except the minced paua, bring to the boil then add minced paua. (Don't boil once you add the paua) Simmer for 5 mins.
Serve with a touch of cream, grated chilli, or garnishes of your choice and fried bread.
