Ingredients: -
15 dumpling wrappers,
1 cup green cabbage, (shred finely)
¼ cup chives,
2 tsp ginger, grate finely,
1 clove garlic, minced,
1 Tbsp soy sauce,
1 tsp sesame oil -
METHOD: -
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, except for the dumpling wrappers, and mix well.
Lightly wet your hands and place the dumpling wrappers on a flat surface. Add a spoonful of the filling in the centre and fold over. Use your fingers to pinch the top several times, to decorate.
Lightly brush water on the exterior of the dumpling wrappers. Add them to an air fryer basket and air fryer at 200 C for 6-7 mins, turning halfway through.
Remove the dumplings from the air fryer and serve immediately with salad, chips etc
