Ingredients:-
4 Sirloin Steaks,
1 large red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp Pure Honey
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
1/4 Tbsp Tabasco Original Flavour Pepper Sauce (optional)
1/8 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
METHOD:-
Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce and pepper to make glaze.
Place beef steaks and onion on grill over medium coals; brush steaks and onion with glaze.
Grill steaks 9 to 12 minutes for rare or cook to your taste, turning once and brushing with glaze.
