French Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole-grain bread
2 ripe avocados, but firm
1 lemon (juiced)
Pinch of salt and pepper
Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, chili flakes, fennel seeds or a poached egg.
METHOD:
Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy. Coat with butter or spread
Slice the avocados and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the sliced avocado evenly along each slice of toast.
Add your favorite toppings
Serve immediately and enjoy!
