Easy Country Cornbread

Ingredients: -
3 cups cornmeal flour,
1 cup all-purpose flour,
2 cups milk,
2 eggs,
1/4 cup vegetable oil,
2 Tbsp sugar,
1 Tbsp baking powder,
1 1/4 tsp salt -
METHOD: -
Preheat oven to 230°C. Coat a 10-inch (25cm) cast iron pan or 8-inch (20cm) square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well then pour batter into prepared baking pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden and a wooden toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cut and serve warm with butter or allow to cool.
