"What an Awesome Addition to your Easter Table'
‘Place rosemary and parsley on a wooden platter, make a light frame shaped like a bunny and place on the rosemary and parsley’
‘Quantities are up to you and how large you want your platter and use any variations of fruits, cheese etc, that you want’
Ingredients:
4 punnets of grapes, red and green
4 punnets of strawberries or red berries or a mix of both
1 packet of shaved ham or salami or whatever you would prefer?
2 mangos or melon, sliced into cubes
2 large peaches for the bunny cheeks
I packet of croutons for the bunny ears, or you can use nuts etc.
Black liquorice for the bunny nose and mouth
2 prunes or similar for the bunny eyes
3 kiwifruit, sliced
2-4 packets of crackers, one type or mixed
Cheeses of your choice, sliced and 1 finely chopped for the bunny face area
METHOD:
Fill the bunny ears with croutons or similar. Place the 2 large peaches in the cheeks area, use the finely cubed cheese and cover and shape over the head face area as in my photo.
Put 2 prunes in for the eyes, then cut the liquorice into fine strips and make the nose and mouth. For the rest of the bunny’s body place the shaved ham, diced mango, strawberries or red berries, sliced cheese and crackers.
Add grapes, strawberries, kiwifruit around the bunny and to fill the platter.
Serve with your favourite dips.
