Devilled Eggs
Ingredients:-
6 Eggs,
½ - 1 tsp milk curry powder,
1 Tbsp chopped chives or parsley,
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise,
Paprika for garnish,
METHOD:-
Place eggs in a pot of water and gently bring to the boil. Simmer for 12 minutes to hard boil the eggs.
Drain off hot water and run eggs under cold water. Carefully remove the eggshells.
Cut eggs lengthwise and gently remove yolk. Place yolks into a bowl with the curry powder, herbs and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into the egg whites and garnish with a small sprig of parsley.
Sprinkle on paprika for garnish.
