Crisp Waldorf Salad
Ingredients:
45 g of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 medium Granny Smith apples, cubed
1 cup grapes, halved
3/4 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Fancy lettuce for serving, optional
Method:
In a large bowl, whisk together (or beat with an electric mixer) the cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, and sugar until combined and smooth.
Add in the apples, grapes, celery, and walnuts; toss to coat.
Enjoy right away or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve in bowls or on fancy lettuce.
