Ingredients:
1 large, ripe watermelon
1 punnet of strawberries
Grapes mixture of red and green
Berries, a mixture
Melon, mango’s, pawpaw etc
METHOD:
Wash all your fruits.
Cut the watermelon in half, using a paring knife cut down into the melon from the sides until your able to turn upside down and the watermelon flesh will easily come out in a solid piece that you will slice into pieces and place in a bowl and put to the side.
Peel your melons and slice into pieces and put in another bowl and put to the side.
Place your strawberries and berries into another bowl and place to the side.
Do the same with the other half of the watermelon.
Now arrange your fruits into the empty watermelon halves and place in the fridge to cool.
Serve with your favourite yoghurt, whipped cream and ice-cream.
A quick and easy dessert which is cold, refreshing and deliciously good!!
