The Big Farmhouse Mustard Burger

Ingredients
Caramelised Onions
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 thinly sliced large onions
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Chili Mustard Spread
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Chili Mustard
Burger Patties
500g beef mince
¼ cup Chili Mustard
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving
4 toasted buns
1 cup baby rocket leaves 
4 slices tomato
4 large fried eggs
METHOD:
Caramelised Onions: heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook onions for 10 mins, stirring occasionally, until browned and softened. Add sugar, salt and pepper and cook until sugar is dissolved.
Burger Patties: combine mustard, egg and beef in a medium bowl and mix with hands until well combined. Shape mixture into 4 patties and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on stovetop or grill until cooked as desired.
Chili Mustard Spread: combine mustard and mayonnaise and mix well.
Burger Assembly: spread sauce on each side of the bun. Add rocket, tomato, cooked patties, caramelised onions and top with a fried egg. Yummy and add some fries!
